重庆能源集团矿业工程领域博士后科研工作站于2013年8月经人事部和全国博士后管理委员会批准设立，博士后工作站建设是重庆能源集团建设科技创新型企业的重要举措，将为集团矿业工程等领域的科技创新、可持续发展提供强劲动力。

招收对象

（报名条件）

1.近三年在国内外获得博士学位或即将取得博士学位者，年龄在35周岁以下（年龄及获得博士学位时间）；

2.具有良好的政治素质和道德修养；

3.具有良好的科研能力和团队合作能力；

4.具备全脱产在本站从事博士后研究工作的条件，不挂职、不兼职。

博士后拟研究课题（招收方向）

1.煤矿瓦斯治理新技术及新装备，1-2名；

2.控制水力压裂关键技术及体系，1-2名；

3.急倾斜薄煤层机械化开采技术及装备制造，1-2名；

4.煤矿开采智能化技术研究，1-2名；

5.新能源开发及技术和设备研究，1-2名。

与待遇

按照《重庆市能源投资集团有限公司博士后工作站管理办法》执行，并给予科研项目立项资助，在站期间按照正式员工待遇执行，缴纳五险一金，享受公司各种福利，协助解决落户、子女入学入托相关问题，年税前收入原则上不低于25万元（人民币）。

Introduction

Chongqing Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Chongqing Energy Group”), established by integrating the original Chongqing Coal (Group) Co., Ltd, Chongqing Construction Investment Co., Ltd and Chongqing Gas Group Co., Ltd in 2006, is the largest large-scale energy group in Chongqing integrating the energy investment, exploitation, construction, operation and service. The registered capital of the Group is 10 billion Yuan. The Group owns 20 exclusively-invested and stock-holding enterprises, and has over 45,000 employees. By the end of 2016, the total assets of the Group had reached up to 108.6 billion Yuan and the operating revenue had reached up to 36.8 billion Yuan. The raw coal output was 11,700,000 tons, the installed electric power capacity by joint-stock and stock-holding was 11,000,000 KW, and the gas supply was 3,000,000,000 m3/a. Since its establishment, the Group has been ranking in the list of the Top 500 enterprises in China, the Top 500 service enterprises in China and the Top 100 service enterprises in Chongqing. Registration conditions

1. Obtained doctoral degree in the past three years or about to obtain doctoral degrees at home or abroad, under 35 years of age (age and Ph.D. time);

2. Have good political quality and moral cultivation;

3. Have good research ability and teamwork ability;

4. Have the conditions for full-time production of post-doctoral research work at this site, not on-the-job, not part-time.

Recruitment direction

1. New technology and equipment for coal mine gas control, 1-2 people;

2. Key technologies and systems for hydraulic fracturing, 1-2 people;

3. Mechanized mining technology and equipment manufacturing for steeply inclined thin coal seams, 1-2 people;

4. Research on intelligent technology of coal mining, 1-2 people;

5. Research on new energy development technology and equipment, 1-2 people.

Salary

In accordance with the "Chongqing Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. Postdoctoral Workstation Management Measures" implementation, and grant research projects to provide funding, in accordance with the formal staff treatment during the station, five insurance and one gold, enjoy the company's various benefits, help solve settlements, children enrolled In terms of enrollment related issues, the annual pre-tax income is not less than ￥250,000.00 yuan in principle.
